HOW TO ORDER

People are understandably reluctant to send credit card details via email, so we ask you not to email card details unless you are happy to do this. The site is currently undergoing a much overdue major re-write and secure shopping cart facilities will be available when this is complete.

If you have photos or other artwork for us to scan when making your card, click on the order form thumbnail below and download the file
ordr.pdf (67Kb) to your system for viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader and printing on your printer. If you don't have Acrobat Reader Click Here for a free download from the Adobe website.Complete the printed form including card details, enclose any photos or artwork and send it to us via Airmail.

Alternatively, email us with a desciption of how you would like your card to appear, e.g.

" Sunset scene of tropical beach with callsign in orange with thick black border and soft shadow. Include RSGB, ARRL, AMSAT & IOTA logos suitably placed ".

We have an extensive photoCD library and can normally match most requirements.
If ordering by this method, please remember to include your telephone number in the email, and
we will call you anywhere in the world, at no extra cost, for your card details.
We will acknowledge receipt of your posted order by email when it is received, so please include your email address on the order form. If you don't have any artwork to send, then alternatively you can fax the completed form to us on our FAX line:

HOW YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED
When your order is received we book it in to the design schedule. We only deposit payment cheques/process credit cards after we start work on your card, which could be anywhere from 3 to 10 days after receipt of order, depending on how busy we are. When your design is completed, we will email you a colour proof for approval prior to printing. You are free to make any changes at this stage.

We are happy to accept proof approval via post, email, or fax.

Once we have received approval to go to print, we will make any amendments (if necessary) and schedule the card for printing.

We now print orders individually rather than the batch process we previously used, so once proof approval is received, we aim to have your cards printed and despatched in 3 working days. There will be occasions when this simply isn't possible, e.g. holiday periods, sickness, machine breakdowns etc. however, we will endeavour to keep you informed of the progress of your order should any delays occur.

We will email you when we despatch the cards to let you know they're on the way, and would appreciate a return email after cards are received, to confirm their safe delivery.
