Q. Do the prices include reverse side printing?
A. Yes, reverse side is printed in mono (greyscale).

Q. If my original order was for 125 cards, can I re-order 1000 cards at the reprint price?
A. Yes, the reprint price is not geared to the original order quantity.

Q. How long will I have to wait for my cards?
A. Typically 2 weeks, from receipt of order to cards being delivered. We no longer have to 'batch orders', so all orders are now printed individually and despatched within 3 working days of proof approval.

Q. I have several photos I wish to incorporate on one card, is there any extra charge for this?
A. No - ALL artwork is included in the 'New Design' price.

Q. Do I have to choose a standard report form style?
A. No, you can have any layout/design you wish, front or reverse including layouts for labels. However, we have many popular reverse side styles that you may wish to utilise or adapt.

Q. I want to re-order but my address needs changing from my original order. Do I still qualify for the reprint price?
A. Yes, The reprint price allows for minor changes to the original order - address change, logo addition/deletion etc. but major re-design will be treated as a 'New Design' at the appropriate rate.

Q. What size are the cards and what stock do you use?
A. The trimmed size is 140mm x 84mm (approx 51/2 by 33/8) and printed on 250gsm (140lbs US) silk (semi-gloss) coated both sides.

Q. What's a digital colour press?
A. It's a professional colour printing system that produces the finished product without the use of films or plates and their attendant costs as utilised in conventional offset-litho printing. The operational principal is the same as offset-litho in that four process colour separations are generated on individual rollers (CMYK), but each process image is created by rasterising the appropriate colour channel of the incoming data file - hence 'digital'.

Q. I made a mini DXpedition and I need 700 cards. Do I have to order at the quantities shown in the price list?
A. No, the quantities shown are for convenience purposes. We can supply any specific quantity you require subject to a 125 minimum. The price will be pro-rata for the quantity required. If you need a firm price for a specific quantity, please email.
