Errors
If we have made a printing error we will reprint and despatch your
order at no further cost to yourselves or initiate a refund on safe
return of the printed product. If such a situation arises, please
contact us within seven days to discuss preferred option.
All refunds are at the discretion of fdsQSL.
Cancellation
Please note that as all of our products are original and personalised
items, they are specifically excluded from the 'cooling off period'
as defined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
2000.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further
